All our items our in stock in our UK warehouse unless stated otherwise.

All are items are sent within 24 hours of ordering and we send our products out using 48 hours delivery, (unless stated otherwise) so you should receive your items within 3 to 5 working days (unless it is a handmade key chain buddie which has delivery times stated in the adverts). However once we hand your parcel over to the courier it is out of our hands, and delays do happen, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery as a maximum time. If for any reason we have a product out of stock we will always contact you and let you know. We will then give you the option to wait for the item or give you a refund.

As a UK registered company, we are offering 14 days hassle free return policy for all EU customers.

Customers can return any products within 14 days after the delivery date for replacement for a full refund (excluding refund of PRIORITY, EXPRESS OR COURIER POSTAGE CHARGE).

We cannot refund any courier charges if opted by you at the time of the placing the order.

We are not responsible if a delivery has been refused by the customer for unwanted goods. Or if a customer is out when a parcel is delivered, it is the customers responsibility to collect from the courier depot if needed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

But please note: • Any returned product must NOT have been used in any way and it needs to be in its original condition as delivered i.e. unopened with any seals and packaging intact.

We cannot accept any opened product unless it is due to manufacturer defect.

We cannot be held responsible for a clothing item being the wrong size. However we are happy to exchange for another item but you must pay the postage for returning the item (recorded delivery- with proof of postage) and the new postage for the replacement item. This is not us being greedy, but the Discount Warehouse Global sells products with only a minor profit margin to give the best possible savings to our customers, therefore we have to operate returns in this way.

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To ensure receipt please return the item by a Royal Mail Recorded SIGNED FOR service, this will provide you with a proof of receipt for us. Please ensure you include your name and address and reason for return otherwise your refund could be delayed. • You must return your item to the return address at the bottom of this page unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for you sending the parcel to an incorrect address. • The original shipping cost cannot be refunded and customer needs to pay for the cost of returning items. • For faulty products which are returned with all accessories, instructions etc and where a fault is verified by us we will either send a replacement or full refund will be given.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days after returned item is received, and the refund will be made in the same way as the original payment. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
